Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 8-12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, weather and busy seasons can add extra time.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Some packs include free shipping, as shown on the product page.

Tracking your order

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, send us a message through our Contact page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible, since we can only update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
